That said – in our experience, most agencies sell you (and charge you based on) on senior staff and then hand you off to their junior staff, often right out of college, for day-to-day interaction.  

Although we think it’s important to mentor and develop people and we love doing it – your primary contact is always a senior expert.  

It’s what some have referred to as the “genius with a thousand helpers” business model – we have offshore resources and junior people in the states who help get the work done – but when it comes to interacting on a daily basis and talking about blocking and tackling – the senior people you saw on the way in are what you get.
